About Deep Tissue / Trigger Point

Focuses on origins and insertions of the muscles, this massage will target the sources of "knots" that you may feel that cause you tension and pain.  Origins and insertions are essentially, beginning, and ending areas of muscles, where they connect to the bones. 

 

- Great areas for working on, and the places where "Trigger Points" are located.

This style of massage is my personal favorite, as it can provide relief from tensions and pains that have lasted for years.  And not only temporary relief, long term relief as well.

The traditional Swedish follows a set pattern.  Since 2012, when I graduated the National Holistic Institute, working on meaningful, customized, and alternative techniques for an enhanced massage experience was prioritized by me.  In depth relief for shoulders, mid back, lower back, can make a lot of difference in how you feel after your massage.

Custom Lymphatic System Drainage Massage

For those who are feeling that there is not enough movement of the lactic acid, (some people refer to this as water) that can get stuck around legs, feet, arms, hands, and torso regions, sometimes the facial and neck regions as well.

Lymphatic massages are often combined with abdominal, digestive system affecting massages to speed up the digestive system while also moving lactic acid to lymph node regions of the lower abdomen as well.

Based on my experiences of working on clients and knowing how great it feels when the cranial, neck, shoulder area is treated with in depth care and focus.

With a mental map of where the sheet muscles of the head are, the occipitals, jaw muscles, you can be sure to expect to feel a new meaning of relief for your cranial, jaw, neck, and shoulder area.

And similarly, the hands, and feet, with trigger points focused on, and a hot towel to remove all oil from the feet after they are worked on.  I'm very in depth working on hands and feet, and know a lot of hand and foot areas that you may have never had worked on as I will work on those areas.

Mother To Be Pre Natal Massage

This massage is only available to those who are past the first trimester, due to standards established by California massage laws.

​

While side lying, you can enjoy Deep Tissue, Swedish, The HHF, and some lymphatic work as well.  Massage that is thorough, focused and sensitive to your needs, can empower the body to de-stress during pregnancy.
